The second grand parade takes place on July 24th\, but the entire month is permeated with exuberance\, all-night celebrations\, and a delectable array of street food. \nUnquestionably\, Gion Matsuri attracts an immense influx of visitors to Kyoto\, making it one of the busiest periods to explore the city.
